• The agreement to receive communications from Cartier
• The creation of a Cartier account

To finalize your registration to Cartier Care, you will need your watchmaking creation's serial number, which is found on your warranty card and engraved on the back of your timepiece.

By registering with Cartier Care, you can enjoy, in addition to a range of services, an extension of your 2-year International Cartier Warranty of up to 8 years for your watches and desk clocks.
Furthermore, you will receive communications related to your creation as well as invitations to receive complimentary technical diagnostics and advice.
Our teams will offer to carry out regular inspections of your watch (magnetism, precision, amplitude and water resistance) to ensure its correct functioning.

Pearls are delicate and could potentially be damaged by light, heat or by contact with soap or detergents.

  • If you wear your pearls regularly, have their stringing checked once a year.
    • Avoid spraying perfume on pearls.
    • Clean them with a damp cloth, using neither soap nor detergent.
    • Store them separately in an individual case.
